Alliants have created a beautiful product with an intuitive UI and a true multi lingual omni channel messaging platform. The concierge module offers nice fresh features. Not to mention, the team is very responsive and easy to work with.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Clean Intuitive UI, multi channel messaging, mobile itineraries, language support, and offering platform both in desktop and mobile mode. Also built as an enterprise platform with ability to handle/manage a multi property setup.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Before committing to a solution ensure you do your research as there are a lot of platforms in this space that offer good solutions with nuances that may or may not add value to your specific property or brand needs.
