Answer:

The ability for the Akia guest messaging software to work effectively with various common guest messaging platforms. Akia takes the hassle out of syncing communications and is easily compatible with top platforms. This makes it so much easier for hoteliers and guests to have reliable communication.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The Akia team is helpful, reliable, and guest messaging is a tool that is highly beneficial to hoteliers. From my experience with the guest messaging product, and hearing from numerous clients' experience, it is definitely a technology to consider implementing at your property if you want to increase guest experience.
