The solution that BeonX presents for hoteliers is undoubtedly one of the best on the market. On a day-to-day basis it helps us: -Have all the metrics in the same dashboard with a personalized panel, very visual and easy to manage. -Know all the relevant indicators for decision making -Manage rates in an easy way -Comprehensively outline a rate strategy -Have a global idea of ​​the business forecast -Extract quality reports that allow us to make comparisons and again, It helps us make decisions.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

In our case, we are very happy with a part that companies often forget and that is customer service and support. We have always felt speed and desire to help from the BeonX team, even in the earliest phases, which is when we have the most doubts.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Once again I insist on the support received by the team. It is very important that companies feel accompanied by their technological partners. Why? Because there are many solutions that you work with every day and sometimes it can be frustrating to feel alone and not know how to get the most out of the tools. On the other hand, there is the importance of integrations with other tools. It is something basic and with BeonX it is very well solved. Integration with other PMS, engines, etc. is essential when implementing a technological solution in a hotel.
