What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Technology is now making great strides in allowing revenue managers to process huge amounts of data to make sense of that complexity. By including data sources from both inside and outside the hotel, FLYR are able to constantly improve certainty on forecasts, leading to better decision making and the ability to be proactive instead of reactive in revenue management. They offer business insights, price and restriction optimisation and forecasting all in one revenue platform that allows hotels to increase their revenue for every single booking.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

RMS is a key growing category for properties and FLYR is a front runner. They take a slightly different approach to revenue management than some competitors by automating updates for each room, night, and lead time. While many providers update prices about four times a day, FLYR updates every hour at what it estimates are ideal occupancy levels.
