I like Protel very much. At first I was little bit afraid, but then I found out, that it has many reporting options and moreover any table previewed can be exported to Excel and it Excel you can filter them as much as you want. Now I like Protel more than other PMS I used to work with before :)

The protel io interface offers the possibility of deep integrations. This is backed up by the exceptional support team that is available for all enquiries. In addition, protel is constantly adapting to integrate new technologies into its system so that the software is always at the forefront of industry advancements.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I would recommend looking at both the on-premise solution and the protelAir cloud solution. Given the different requirements for a PMS, it is important to evaluate these products and seek advice from the excellent protel team to find the best solution for your specific needs.
